Rules & regulations

PURPOSE

Titan LUX Club is committed to providing a safe, professional, and upscale environment for members and their guests to enjoy shooting sports and firearms education. Safety is our top priority, and we aim to eliminate risks for shooters, observers, and the surrounding community. All activities must be conducted under safe and controlled conditions.

OVERVIEW

These rules apply to all members, their families, and guests. Our goal is to maintain a secure yet relaxed atmosphere, with clear guidelines that protect both individuals and the facility. We encourage an open and welcoming environment where members can ask questions freely.

The management of Titan LUX Club retains full authority to interpret, modify, and enforce all rules, procedures, and operational policies. Any updates will be posted on the club’s official website. Use of the facility implies full acceptance of these rules.

SAFETY RULES

• ALWAYS point firearms in a safe direction.
• ALWAYS keep your finger off the trigger until ready to fire.
• ALWAYS keep firearms unloaded until ready to use.
• Know your firearm and how it operates.
• Ensure all firearms and ammunition are approved for range use.
• Follow all posted range rules and instructions.

MANDATORY RANGE ORIENTATION

All members are required to complete a 20–30-minute safety orientation, covering club rules, range procedures, and emergency protocols. This is part of the membership onboarding process.

FIREARM HANDLING

• All firearms must be transported safely and unloaded, except for properly holstered concealed carry weapons.
• No firearms may be handled in the lounge area.
• All firearm handling must take place within the shooting stall — never behind the yellow safety line.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

• Food can be ordered via staff or touchscreen kiosks.
• Beverages and cold snacks are available via refrigerators or vending machines.
• Charges are billed to the member’s account on file.
• Members must clean up after themselves.
• Catering is available for private events — coordinate with management.

ALCOHOL & TOBACCO

• No firearms may be in your possession while consuming alcohol.
• Shooting is prohibited within 8 hours of alcohol consumption.
• Cigar smoking is allowed in the lounge as long as it does not disturb others.
• Cigarette smoking is not permitted indoors.
• Public intoxication or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

RANGE OFFICERS (ROs)

Range Officers have the authority to inspect firearms and ammunition, enforce safety, and address rule violations. All incidents should be reported with date, time, and location for security review.

GUEST POLICY

• Members may bring up to two guests on the firing line.
• Guests must always remain under the direct supervision of the member.
• Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times (between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.).
• The club reserves the right to limit guest visits.

LOCKERS

• Titan LUX Club is not responsible for the contents of any locker.
• Lockers can be rented annually for unloaded firearms, ammunition, and accessories.
• Gym lockers are for day use only.
• No overnight storage in gym lockers.
• No loaded firearms or live ammo at the cleaning station — firearms must be cleared in the range before transport.

GYM & SQUASH COURT

• White-soled shoes only for squash court use.
• Use is first-come, first-served or can be reserved via the app or front office.
• Members must clean all equipment after use.

GOLF SIMULATOR, BOARD ROOM & POKER TABLES

• Available for walk-in use or reservation through the app or office.

COMMUNITY AREAS

• Community tables are open to all members for socializing or working.
• Respectful conversation is expected at all times.
• For reserved use, contact the office in advance.

SECURITY & ACCESS

• The facility may be under video and audio surveillance.
• Only members may enter using a valid keycard — no tailgating is allowed.
• Emergency responders are to be granted immediate access when necessary.
• Visitors not accompanied by a member must arrange entry with management.
• Entry implies agreement to all rules and protocols.

CERTIFIED INSTRUCTORS

• Certified instructors must submit proof of instruction insurance.
• All paid instruction must take place in designated Apex lanes.

CONDUCT & SANCTIONS

• Disrespectful, aggressive, or threatening behavior will not be tolerated.
• Violations of any kind may result in a warning, suspension, or membership termination.
• Report all concerns directly to club management — do not confront others unless there is a safety concern.

RANGE RULES

• Always treat firearms as if they are loaded.
• Always point firearms downrange.
• Keep finger off trigger until ready to fire.
• Use eye and ear protection at all times (double hearing protection recommended).
• No food, drink, or smoking is allowed inside the range.
• Closed-toe shoes are required.
• Only paper or cardboard targets are allowed.
• No metal, reactive, or exploding targets permitted.
• No incendiary, tracer, or armor-piercing ammo.
• Handguns and rifles up to .30-06 caliber are allowed.
• No shotguns, black powder, or air-powered weapons.
• Firearms must be cased or holstered when entering Apex range.
• All handling must be within the stall, facing downrange.
• No one may go in front of the stalls unless under direct supervision of a Range Officer.
• Any malfunction should be reported or handled safely by placing the firearm downrange and seeking assistance.
• Rental firearms must be used with approved ammo from the club.
• Clean up your brass and belongings after each session.
• Wash hands and face before eating or drinking.
• Proper dress and respectful conduct are expected at all times.
